14 pp [pages] Belisarius Ch [Chapter] VI
The children went riding in the morning & sat about in afternoon.
In the evening Evans of Heinemann came: we drank a lot of brandy & discovered common literary dislikes. He left at one o'clock. We gave him a set of Epilogues1 & Natural Need and he promised us Lorca2 & Loebs.
Feathered two arrows: did a lot of shooting all round the target.
