Cable to <rs type="organization" ref="ref:LV1">List <supplied>Verlag</supplied></rs> agreeing provided they apply for permission to send money &amp; give me proof of having sent it. Blamed England's wavering policy. Battered away – I was very sleepy &amp; mixed my drinks, felt sick, had to go to bed.
