Third week of course: better.
Sent off O.S.S. [Old Soldier Sahib] introduction and blurb & letter to H.S. [Harrison Smith]
Raining: girls having difficulties with the wash all week.
Working on T.E. all day. Packed up central part for James to take to L.H. [Liddell Hart] & wrote instructions to typist.
Walk with James. Posada well all but full.
Champagne in Sala with everyone, to farewell James. He took photo of Gelat, the Madora & Francisquito.
Gramophone until late.
