A poem, The Wounded Man, in one draft.
Saw Str. who has not been out of her flat
except for a few minutes every evening because of the dog being on heat[RG] for a
fortnight. Schw & Nickel will not relieve her, though they originally[RG] bought the bitch against her wish. Schw. apparently jumping for joy because he
has read in the
National Zeitung
1 that Franco is going to lose.
Laura hasn't slept well for a long time
& gets up at 11 or later. She is working over Ward's thing about Games & other pleasures.2
Wrote to Jenny.
