— who after this play tried to go to sea by joining a grain-ship (bound for Australia) as 'crew.' He was such a good actor it was a pity he left at all but he didn't go because he fell 30 ft. from a mast on to an iron girder and was [sic: brocken] about terribly. He is alright now but will have to lie up for months. His name — Manfred Priestly— Don't he look charming?
