Montague & Dorothy to dinner & goodbye to Len, Jane, Bridget (just engaged to Nevill James). Exchange of presents. Dorothy gave me a yellow glass mug (made of milk bottles)[RG] made as a first effort by Beckenham1 art students – it cost £75 to produce! Also a piece of 17th Cent. [Century] Venetian lace for Laura.
My Arabian burnous2 made up into a magnificent jacket & waistcoat by G. Becker 41 Alma Square.
