Proofs at 9.30 after a long day packing: a goodbye to the village – M. Pinson, the Hotel where we had Calvados1 & things, Priour's where we had cherries, Schoine, the Post Office. Cigarettes to M. Pinson who wanted reassuring about war.
Nono2 now very affectionate suddenly: he is to go en pension 3 to Léonie, waiting for us to take him to Deyá.
All had headaches all day. We eat 'cachets Faivres'4
Laura's watch that I broke repaired.
