Aug 15 Sunday.

Jenny & David came down.
I had a sick headache all morning. All day spent in talk, games, jokes – particularly bows & arrows with David & Sam, & a talk about money with Jenny.
After supper there were eleven of us.
David has got his higher certificate & left Dauntsey's1. L & I decided to let Constable to[RG] do our poems.
Went over typed ch. [chapter] IV of Belisarius
Rebel advance on Santander.
