To L.H. [Liddell Hart] suggesting: T.E.Lawrence to His Biographers or Aircraftman Shaw to His Biographers.1 Arnie L. wrote about ground covered by letters: asked him to be gentle with blue pencil. He could use all in Letters whose sale unaffected by Biographer book.
Watt thought terms inadequate: I wrote to L.H. [Liddell Hart] not to try another pub. [publisher] but rather for royalty to be raised at such a figure
Michael Roberts proofs (left out 1/2 a poem). Walk to sea with James brought back dog-leg stick etc.
Paths being laid, olive trees removed & replanted.
Laura going over James' novel & wrote letters to McCormacks, Honor & returned A.A.S. [A.A. Simpson]'s poems.
