McCormacks to lunch. Are taking Casa Salerosa on[RG] from January 15 for 2 months. Also visit from Madora & Magdalena & Francisquito who brought a present of a red pencil.
Karl has dysentery, is in bed.

Walk along road with Laura by (warm) moonlight.
Decided today to make patio1 dining room, bedroom above; open maids' room under the front door.
Carl had several hot bottles & hot manzanilla2 with mint.
Girls went to the Baile3.
