King George's death.1
Stayed in bed reading till lunch time, then lunch, then more proofs; just managed to get off two copies – of[RG] to U.S.A & England in[RG] off[RG] in afternoon.
To McCormacks for supper.
No brasero [sic: brassero] 2 or fire today.
