Jan 13 Monday
Mist rose over mountains bright blue over Son Gallard about 3 o'clock. Over Palma too but sun over the part on the sea-side of Valldemossa – according to Karl who went in to Palma & bought 2 box1 & 2 laurels for us for 120 pesetas. Brought my new passport.
Finished ECC Habits with great difficulty. Junyers to tea, full of "esta biens2" & "magnificos3". I made cigarettes.
Juan says baile4 made 150 pts. which about covered expenses: but he & Marcus made about 100 pts. from the bar.
Stocks in full blossom.
Alfalfas came from Barceló's son-in-law.
