Philip came, but could not identify Lawrence sketch. The inscription at the back is by an ignorant Arabist, probably English & is meant to be T.E.Lawrence, Arabia. He said he would press F.O. [Foreign Office] for Internationalizing of Balearics.
Lunch with Mother & John G at Victoria station – John on way to Austria. She bought me a pocket comb.
