Flu, mild but headachy with shivers. Orange juice, aconite, sweatings. But got
L's & Mary's breakfast.
(In afternoon Laura, Karl, James, Mary, Norman, Alan, Harry, Alix, Dorothy, Ward went to B.B.C. to hear a poem of James broadcast to the Empire1.
Then on to Café Royal where Laura had a memorable pineapple ice.)
Bad night.
