Rained all day. Alan's letter did not appear. All morning working on Jealous Man, Marble Table & Exile. In afternoon went over Epilogue poems with Laura.

Ward & Dorothy to tea, stayed till [until] 11. Also Wilfred & Nan, & Maisie. General talk, nothing said especially.
