First really cold day.
Injection & to dentist.
Epilogue. Laura's letter came, done. 500 copies for 3 guineas.[RG]
Cooks men came & took lugg[RG]our stuff – 2 chairs, 2 tables, crate of china, big box of books silver etc, 2 pictures.
Len to lunch: talk about general situation & his plans for a comedy about a Lord Mayor & dance bands.
Harold took us in a taxi to his Wandsworth ?[RG]1 house in a quite nice housing scheme like a college. Olive & he gave us a nice[RG] good supper and told us, among other things, of Mary B. telling them at the shop about Cyril Clarke being in love with her; & Geoffrey Grigson praising L. saying she was the best of the lot but he was afraid of writing about her for fear of saying the wrong thing.
