Laura slept till 12 or so.
I wrote letters and things.
Bought large patchwork quilt £2, old family teapot 1/-1, Wedgewood coffee pot 2/-, 18 more marbles at 1d2 each, a number of lace bobbins with beads,[RG] – 3/9d3 in all, a pinchbeck clasp 5/- Sent Lucie clasp & the best ivory lace bobbins complete with beads, but first taking enough beads from the bobbins to make a necklace, which I did on dental floss with a 6d clasp.
Supper at[RG] Dinner at Ward and Dorothy L, K, I and A Chitty the architect of many a corset factory and penguin pool.
Walked home all the way down Primrose Hill. 40 minutes.
