Boil much better, after several days rest.

Landlord came. Undertook to stop noise.[RG]
Saw John at nursing home, rather dazed (by adrenalin?) & supper with Maisie & Douglas West. Heard Neusal-Foord2 fight on radio & news. Talk about international politics — will Franco have to have overt help from Italy & Germany? If so, what?
