I worked a little in the Clarendon lounge while Laura & T & J had coffee with Owens. Called on Sanders who gave us a 18th century coloured[RG] picture of the Radcliffe camera. We bought a coloured map of Oxford for Julie.
Back to flat & work. Sherry party at[RG] Met Sally Graves there: Jenny had made a mistake about an invitation. She was very nice & explained why she hadn't written in time to us. Worked, while Laura shopped at Fortnum & Mason. for sherry party at 6.
Present. Maisie, Rebecca West & her Henry, Tom, Julie, Sally, Laura, me, Kyllmann, Glendinning Nice atmosphere.
Then to dine with Kyllmann (Sally, Laura & me) at Josef. Greek St. [RG] Sally surprised him by knowing everything. Chambéry, Chateaux neuf du Pape1.
